Welcome to therapy in Østerbro by the lakes in the heart of Copenhagen.

 

I am a qualified psychotherapist with a strong foundation in and wide experience of helping people through crises. I offer individual therapy, couples’ therapy, sexual therapy and counselling of non-monogamous relationship constellations. I also offer supervision to other professionals.

 

If you live outside Denmark, a long way from Copenhagen, or need to meet in the evening, therapy over the phone or online is an option. Couples’ therapy also works well online.

 

Everybody is welcome in my practice. As a therapist, I have a particular specialism in issues relating to sex, sexuality and both monogamous and non-monogamous relationship dynamics.
