Special experience

I have particular experience of working with people who identify under the umbrella term LGBTQIA+. I have also worked extensively with people in non-monogamous relationships, people who practice kink, fetishes, and/or BDSM, and sex workers. I do not pathologize these practices, identities or lifestyles. Everyone is welcome in my practice.

 

The right to be who you are

The right to be who you are and to be accepted by wider society is a human right, but unfortunately many people who identify under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella do not always experience the world in this way, even in Denmark. Liberation for all sexual and gender identities is also the liberation of wider society from limiting and damaging sexual and gendered norms. Hopefully, what happens in the therapy room can, in its own modest way, contribute to pushing culture and society in a more humane direction.
